The company brand you know as SafePersonnel will become Vector Solutions. Communication around our products, new releases, help items, contracts, billing and more will begin to come from Vector Solutions. Our team member email addresses and signatures already feature @vectorsolutions.com
2. Same Proven Solutions.
The solutions you know under the SafePersonnel brand will become part of the Vector Solutions family of products and solutions, likely changing names in the future, but in the near-term will be referenced more widely as Vector Solutions. You will continue to have access to the same great solutions and exciting new functionality releases. You can continue to expect the same great service level and your contract terms do not change.
3. Easy Access.
Your current process for logging in to your product will not change. You will continue to login as you always have. If and when that changes, we’ll keep you informed and provide plenty of notice and training. Rest assured, you will still be logging in to the same great resources. If you use the mobile apps, you will continue to login in to the same great apps.
4. Timeline Insight.
When will these changes occur? Our goal is to make this change by Spring 2021, but we will keep our clients informed at every stage in the process.
