Jeff Gordon has spent his career driving real-time intelligence solutions that enable growth for businesses. During his tenure as CEO of Vector Solutions, the company enjoyed significant growth and expansion, including growing revenue by more than 200%, expanding the company’s workforce from roughly 200 to nearly 500 employees across seven offices nationwide, and successfully acquiring and integrating ten companies, including ScenarioLearning, Convergence Training, and IndustrySafe. In past roles, Jeff was a key member of the launch team for PCS PrimeCo, which became an integral part of today’s Verizon Wireless. He also contributed to the growth of Convergys, then continued that success as the CEO of Syniverse, overseeing and driving significant company growth, including the largest acquisition in Syniverse’s history.
Marc ScheipeVector Solutions CEO
Vector Solutions CEO Marc Scheipe brings more than 20 years of experience in financial management, strategy development, process improvement, and sales and operations leadership. Since joining Vector in 2017, he has held several executive roles and was instrumental in advancing key elements of the the business.
Prior to joining Vector, he led an $800 million operating region for Sage Software as President, North America. Scheipe holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and is a distinguished graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy.
Rishi ChandnaManaging Director, Golden Gate Capital
Rishi Chandna is a Managing Director of Golden Gate Capital, which he joined in 2002. Mr. Chandna oversees the firm’s investments in the broader technology sector with an emphasis on enterprise software, technology-enabled services, business services, and information services. Prior to joining Golden Gate Capital, Mr. Chandna worked in the Los Angeles office of Bain & Company. Mr. Chandna has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
Stewart BloomOperating Executive, Golden Gate Capital
Stewart Bloom is an Operating Executive with Golden Gate Capital focused on the software and business services sectors. He currently serves as Chairman of LiveVox. Mr. Bloom previously held posts as Chairman and CEO of Aspect Software and Escalate Retail, from its inception until the time of its merger transaction with RedPrairie. He has served on the Boards of Golden Gate Capital portfolio companies Infor and Symon Communications. Prior to Golden Gate Capital, Mr. Bloom held positions as Vice President Americas Technology Services for Capgemini and as Senior Vice President for Mainspring through its IPO and subsequent acquisition by IBM. Earlier in his career, Mr. Bloom was a Partner with Ernst & Young Management Consulting following its acquisition of Distributed Systems Solutions International (DSSI), where he was a Vice President and co-founder.
Brian TaylorMember, Board of Directors
Brian has dedicated his career to developing software solutions within the education industry. Along with his passion for lifelong learning, he has an appreciation for technologies that make education more accessible, fulfilling, and safe. Brian is a former Executive Vice President and General Manager at Vector Solutions, where he led the company’s Education Business Unit, including the award-winning SafeSchools and SafeColleges brands. Brian began his career at Thomson Learning and later founded two companies, netTrekker, and Scenario Learning, which was acquired by Vector Solutions in 2017.
Matt CrumpPrincipal, Golden Gate Capital
Matt is a Principal of Golden Gate Capital, which he joined in 2011. Prior to joining Golden Gate Capital, he worked at Audax Private Equity. Mr. Crump has an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in Biology, with Distinction, from the University of Pennsylvania.
