"Take Action and Deliver"

Taking action on a college campus can be met with barriers, create a fear of change, or get lost in the numerous layers of bureaucracy. The student, however, demands more. Student consumers are defining what "value" means, and the ability of institutions to provide services to students can be a differentiator for marketing, recruiting, retention, and graduation. Hyper-sensitive consumer behavior and a willingness to be together again provide institutions with a new landscape of opportunity, possibility, and redefinition.
