Rob Buelow | Head of Product, Education
Rob serves as Senior Vice President at Vector Solutions where he leads the Impact team. He is an award-winning public health professional with deep expertise in leveraging social and behavioral science to solve the most pressing challenges facing campuses, companies, and communities. Rob has managed major projects as a researcher and consultant across sectors and has received state and national recognition for his work, including the 2009 Outstanding Prevention Educator award from the California Coalition Against Sexual Assault. He has authored peer-reviewed research on innovative public health initiatives, served as a keynote speaker at national and international conferences, and provided expert testimony on preventing workplace harassment and combating the opioid epidemic. Rob earned his master's degree in social and behavioral science and health communication from the Harvard School of Public Health.
Holly Rider-Milkovich | Vice President, Education Strategy
Holly leads the Higher Education Impact team at Vector Solutions, helping ensure the thought leadership we deliver is based on research and established best practice. She's also our subject matter expert on preventing sexual and gender-based harassment and violence. Prior to joining Vector Solutions, Holly oversaw the University of Michigan's prevention and advocacy efforts for nearly a decade. Holly brings national policy experience to her role at Vector Solutions as one of the rulemakers for the 2014 Clery Act regulations and an advisor to the Obama Administration White House Taskforce on preventing campus sexual assault. She brings over 25 years of experience in preventing and responding to sexual- and gender-based violence in higher education, workplaces, and communities.
Kimberley Timpf | Education Strategy Lead
At Vector Solutions, Kimberley serves as a subject matter expert in alcohol and other drug misuse prevention, prescription drug safety, and hazing prevention. She also supports our Fraternity and Sorority National organization partners. Her expertise includes program design and development, application of public health theory in higher education settings, and training and instruction. Kimberley has worked in the alcohol and other drug prevention field for more than 25 years, directing nationally recognized prevention programs and serving in leadership roles for national professional associations, including ACPA. Through her work with customers and prevention colleagues, Kimberley continues to accrue a range of experience and expertise that informs Vector Solution's substance misuse and safety-related course content, and ensures thought leadership is aligned with current research and innovative practice.
Mike Martynowicz, PhD | Research Lead
Mike brings his experience as a teacher, researcher, and educational psychologist to Vector Solutions’ Impact Team. He spent seven years as a high school teacher and 11 years as a tenure-track faculty member in higher education. This experience allowed him to amass subject-matter expertise in the disciplines of psychology and education; lead multiple student organizations, and collaborate with colleagues on several task forces and committees. Mike has also engaged in research projects at all levels of education, with an emphasis on collaboration, social justice, and student well-being. As the Research Lead, Mike helps standardize research and data collection processes, as well as process and analyze data.
Rebecca Wheeler | K-12 Sector Manager
Rebecca brings more than 17 years of expertise in education to her current role driving product strategy for current and future customers at Vector Solutions. She began her career as a full-time classroom teacher and has worked in a variety of settings including general education, early childhood and special education. Rebecca then moved to West Virginia State Training and Registry System where she served as the director for the statewide credentialing, professional development, registry and scholarship system for 6 years.
Rebecca Whitworth | Higher Education Sector Manager
Rebecca has worked in Higher Education for more than 15 years, including partnering with institutions and serving students in the classroom. She completed her PhD in Economics, focusing on financial economics and educational policy, in 2015 from the University of Missouri - Columbia. She brings a vast knowledge about the diversity, inclusion, and belonging landscape, as well as a passion for serving students, faculty, and staff in their unique educational journeys.
