Wins for Joint Submission with Harbinger Interactive Learning: “Macrolearning to Microlearning: A Technology-Driven Transformation”

TAMPA, FL – September 10, 2019 – Vector Solutions, the leader in industry-focused eLearning and performance support solutions, was recently awarded a 2019 Brandon Hall Group Silver Award for Excellence. Vector won the award in the Best Advance in Learning Technology Implementation category for its joint submission with Harbinger Interactive Learning titled, “Macrolearning to Microlearning: A Technology-Driven Transformation.” The Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards Program is the most prestigious awards program in the industry and recognizes the best organizations that have successfully deployed programs, strategies, processes, systems, and tools that have achieved measurable results for organizations. The joint submission between Vector and Harbinger detailed a technical solution redesign project that required modernizing Vector’s voluminous organization content library of more than 8,000 courses. Vector partnered with Harbinger, a global design and development company specializing in eLearning modernization and custom eLearning solution development, to develop a conversion process for content that helped to create updated, mobile, intelligent solutions that delivered real-time training to employees and optimized their performance. Benefits of the conversion included an enhanced learning experience for users, a standardized course development process, new business opportunities, and significant cost savings. 

Award entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts and executives based upon the following criteria: fit the need, design of the program, functionality, innovation, and overall measurable benefits.
