How We’re Supporting Customers and Partners
Vector Solutions is fully operational and conducting business as usual. As a solutions-focused technology company, we have the capabilities, infrastructure, and tools in place to continue our business operations uninterrupted.
By nature of our Florida-based headquarters, Vector’s business continuity processes are routinely tested and strengthened during hurricane season, which allows us to provide the same world-class service expected from our team. Our support team is standing by ready to answer questions and provide assistance however they can.
How We’re Supporting Our Team
The Vector Solutions team is healthy and taking steps to remain safe and mitigate any disruptions during this uncertain time. Our leadership team has executed a detailed response plan and meets daily to assess the needs of our team and customers. All of our employees are working from home since March 16, and with our advanced technological capabilities, this transition has been smooth as we continue to deliver the highest levels of customer service and productivity. We are prepared and don’t expect to skip a beat.
Per CDC recommendations, we have also suspended all company travel and postponed corporate events. We look forward to resuming our face-to-face interactions when it is safe to do so.

The Vector team has also launched informational resources regarding COVID-19 to help you and your communities stay safe and healthy.
Our COVID-19 series courses are now available through our complimentary Vector Cares Program and through Vector’s technology platform. We anticipate sharing additional COVID-19 resources in the coming weeks.
