Enhancements to the TargetSolutions Check It™ Mobile Application


The TargetSolutions Check It™ application streamlines routine inspections for fire, EMS and law enforcement agencies. Dynamic and easy-to-use features help your department manage and track checks for vehicles/apparatus, equipment, inventory and more.

Although already a powerful system, ongoing enhancements help continually improve the user experience with the TargetSolutions Check It™ mobile and desktop applications. Recent updates center around creating a more responsive mobile app with added features to simplify processes.

Equipment checks were the central focus of these updates to make sure that equipment is more accessible and easier to inspect.

Updated Truck Checks

The Apparatus page received an improved layout with greater visibility of status across shifts and stations. With this latest update, users can preview tasks and checks under trucks and apparatus in their feed and perform checks even easier than before.

Streamline Equipment Checks

An all-new Equipment tab has been added to the application’s navigation tool bar to provide easier access to equipment pools and make finding related information faster and more convenient. Then, when the time comes to perform an inspection, all it takes is a few clicks to pull up a checklist for the appropriate equipment item.

Additionally, with these updates to Equipment, searching for a specific piece of equipment is simple. The bar code scanner helps individuals locate equipment in the application, begin an inspection, view its intended location and more!

Easier Management of Fuel Log Updates

The Fuel Log in the TargetSolutions Check It™ system enables your department to track and record an apparatus use, track costs of fuel and oversee mileage. With this round of enhancements, you also have an at-a-glance look at previous fill ups and all associated data (such as the date, the person who logged the fuel up, mileage, fuel levels and costs).

New fill-ups are now easier to log with the click of a button. When completed, personnel can also attach receipts for better recordkeeping.
