To help users better visualize inventory stock, review expirations and restock items, TargetSolutions released Store Rooms for the TargetSolutions Check It™ desktop application.
The addition of Store Rooms is a part of continuous updates to the TargetSolutions Check It™ operations management system that focus on making processes more efficient by streamlining asset and inventory management.
Store Rooms helps you track the flow of inventory in and out of your department’s storage locations. Easily visualize items as they enter, are stored in and used by personnel in a single, centralized system. When viewing inventory in Store Rooms, individuals have a snapshot view of expiration dates, minimum stock levels and assigned personnel, apparatus or station.
With Store Rooms, you have the power to customize the groupings and “shelves” of inventory. As Store Rooms makes it easy to monitor these items, your department can complete routine checks in just a few clicks. If items require restocking, “restock” features allow you to add a vendor, track costs and add related information about the quantity and expiration of said items.
