For most organizations, the distribution, completion and accumulation of Standard Operating Procedures, commonly known as SOP’s, can be extremely difficult. The process usually entails a director passing a document down to a manager, who is then responsible for ensuring the entire organization has read and signed the document. It’s not an easy task. Organizations using the TargetSolutions platform can simply upload the SOP to their File Center, attach it to a Custom Activity, assign it with a start and due date, require an e-signature, and even follow up with a test or quiz to actually ensure they read the document.”
