The presenters, Bobby Halton, Gordon Graham, and Billy Goldfeder, will discuss (and not always agree on) the challenges facing current and future fire officers. From the Internet to the fireground, personnel size-up to hiring changes, interior vs. exterior fire operations to the “freedom of speech,” what firefighters should “look” like to the international fire service’s future, and more, they will help you understand the situations that have resulted in negative outcomes with career-altering or -ending events. They will leave you with measurable and usable insight and opinion to minimize your exposure.
