Conflict Management: Managing the Angry Parent

This course is designed for any school staff member who may need to address the concerns of an angry parent. Topics include an explanation of “de-escalation” and a list of de-escalation strategies, an overview of the four basic Conflict Management models, and a description of effective interpersonal communication strategies.
