Why Scenario Simulator
Scenario Simulator is Vector Solutions’ AI-driven conversational practice experience, built directly into the courses learners already use.
-
-
Grounded in Expert Content
Every response draws exclusively on Vector’s expert-authored course content and rubrics. It’s not an open AI chatbot; it’s a training coach built on 25 years of purpose-built expertise.
-
Built on Behavioral Science
Every probe maps to a determinant of behavior, awareness, attitudes, and skills, so practice translates into the outcomes organizations actually care about.
-
Built In, Not Bolted On
Scenario Simulator is a new option built into the courses customers already use.
What Makes It Different
Free-text and voice input: learners type or speak their response, no multiple-choice options.
Dynamic probing and consequences: the AI coach follows up based on what the learner actually said.
Personalized, instructionally grounded feedback tied to each course's learning objectives.
Locked closing summary: every learner walks away with the same expert-validated takeaway.
Learner and administrator choice: admins decide whether to assign the AI experience, and any learner with concerns can request the standard course instead.
Seamless completion tracking: logs to your LMS exactly like the training it replaces.
Available Starting October 2026

Frequently Asked Questions
What is conversational AI training?
Conversational AI training lets learners practice a real situation by responding in their own words to an AI coach, instead of picking from multiple-choice answers. The coach follows up on what the learner said and gives feedback tied to the course’s learning objectives.
What is Scenario Simulator?
Scenario Simulator is Vector Solutions’ conversational AI training experience, built into the courses learners already use. Learners work through high-stakes moments, like stepping in on harassment or spotting a hazard, and get personalized feedback grounded in Vector’s expert-authored content.
How is conversational AI training different from traditional e-learning?
Traditional e-learning scenarios ask learners to choose the right answer from a list. In Scenario Simulator, learners respond in their own words and the AI coach follows up on what they said. Every response draws only on Vector’s expert-authored course content and rubrics, not the open internet.
Which courses include conversational AI training?
Does conversational AI training replace existing training?
No. Scenario Simulator is built into existing Vector courses and replaces a course’s static knowledge check, not the course itself. Each scenario takes about 5 to 10 minutes, so total seat time stays comparable.
Is conversational AI training suitable for compliance training?
Yes. Completion and credit are recorded in the LMS the same way as the standard course, all compliance content is kept, and pre- and post-assessments are unchanged. Every scenario includes safety protocols and an audit trail. Discover more AI features in Vector’s safety, training, and compliance software.
Does Scenario Simulator cost extra?
At this time, Scenario Simulator is included at no additional cost for organizations that already license a launch course.
Who writes the scenarios?
Vector’s instructional designers and outside subject matter experts author and review every scenario, using the course’s expert-created content, before any learner sees it.
Can an organization or learner choose the standard course instead?
Yes. Administrators decide whether to assign the scenario version, and any learner can ask their administrator for the standard course.
