Vector Solutions CEO Marc Scheipe brings more than 20 years of experience in financial management, strategy development, process improvement, and sales and operations leadership. Since joining Vector in 2017, he has held several executive roles and was instrumental in advancing key elements of the business such as accelerating growth in the company’s public sector business unit. During his tenure as COO, Scheipe focused on defining the company’s growth strategy and managing key functional areas, including sales, marketing, and account and product management. Prior to joining Vector, he led an $800 million operating region for Sage Software as President, North America. Scheipe holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and is a distinguished graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy.
As Chief Sales Officer of Vector Solutions, David Brown focuses his attention on driving integration and alignment between all sales-related functions and will directly manage Vector’s enterprise sales function, channel partnerships, and B2P sales. With more than 20 years of experience as a global sales leader with technology and media companies, he believes these initiatives will expand sales opportunities at the global enterprise level, improve client renewal rates, and strengthen the Vector Solutions brand. Brown has a successful track record in international P&L, startup sales and growth activity with ASPs, SaaS and Cloud B2B businesses in Toronto, Chicago, London, Hong Kong, Sydney, and more. He is the proud recipient of the 2015 American Association of Inside Sales Professionals Sales Culture Award for his dedication to promoting and preserving company sales culture, fostering a culture of learning, and encouraging an entrepreneurial spirit.
As the Vector Solutions Chief Financial Officer, Scott Rosenberg leads the Finance, Accounting, M&A, and Legal teams. He comes to Vector Solutions with over 30 years of experience helping build high-growth companies, both publicly traded and privately held. He is passionate about building bigger, better business for the long-term, something he has done repeatedly throughout his career. Rosenberg most recently served as CFO for Kabbage, a data and technology-based lending platform serving small businesses, where he led the finance, capital markets, legal, facilities, and corporate development teams in supporting growth through both legacy and new business initiatives organically and via M&A. Prior to Kabbage, he served as President and CFO of Purchasing Power, LLC. In 2017, he was named CFO of the Year in Atlanta for large private companies.
As the Chief Technology Officer for Vector Solutions, Spencer Mallder oversees the company’s technology systems and operations. He brings over 30 years of leadership experience in the enterprise software development and technology consulting services industries, serving many of the Fortune 100 companies. Areas of expertise include Software and Cloud architectures, Product Management, Services Delivery Infrastructure, Cloud DevOps, Agile Processes and Frameworks, Opex and Capex Benchmarking, and Cybersecurity. Prior to joining Vector, Mallder served as a Director in PwC's Private Equity Value Creation practice where he led technology due diligence projects to assist large Private Equity companies identify value and mitigate technical risks in companies targeted for acquisition, sale, or merger.
As a member of the Vector Solutions executive team, Victoria Zambito is responsible for successfully growing the highly profitable online education and performance solutions business since she joined the company in 2000. As Senior Vice President of Content and Communications, she is responsible for aligning and rationalizing the extensive library of courses across multiple brands, as well as enhancing, standardizing and modernizing all content. She also focuses on managing strategic communications and public relations as the company seeks to develop and expand its brand. Prior to this, Zambito led the Product Management and Marketing functions where she drove creative, agile solutions to deliver products, supported sales pipeline development, and developed brand awareness and demand generation. Before joining Vector Solutions, she worked as a television news producer for Fox-13 in Tampa, Florida.
Tammy Daigle is responsible for human resources and program management. Her focus is working with the executive team driving our employee and organizational strategy. She has worked in the technology and communications fields for more than 25 years and started three successful businesses: a technology consulting firm, a social networking website and a strategic consulting service for nonprofits. Daigle has mentored countless high school and college students as well as junior executives in technology and science careers, developed award-winning communications and engineering systems, and led multi-million-dollar certified project management initiatives.
As Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Bob is responsible for partnering with business unit leaders to drive revenue, EBITDA growth and enterprise value via strategic mergers, acquisitions, partnerships and business integrations. Murray joins Vector Solutions from a similar role at Ascend Learning and brings over 30 years of sales, marketing, business development and operations experience. He earned his MBA from F.W. Olin Graduate School at Babson College, BS from Bentley University and executive education from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and Harvard University.
As EVP of both the Education & Public Sector Business Units, Alex Berry oversees product suites designed to provide comprehensive training and operations management solutions for public safety and education agencies. His work has been critical to the successful integration of new acquisitions and products to support growth. With more than 20 years of experience transforming and growing businesses into Fortune 500 companies, he is a results-driven Senior Operating Executive with a proven ability to drive change. Alex most recently served as the Executive Vice President for Ericcson’s iconectiv business, where he is responsible for the overall strategy and P&L for the business unit. Prior to that, he held various executive roles including Chief Operating Officer and President of North America for BackOffice Associates (PE-backed by Goldman Sachs) and Senior Vice President of Neustar’s Enterprise Service Group. He is a graduate of UCLA and sits on the Regional Board for the American Cancer Society.
As EVP of the Commercial Business Unit, Gary Weiss oversees product suites designed to provide comprehensive training and operations management solutions to AEC and industrial sector industries. With more than 25 years of experience in the software industry, he brings a wealth of experience in leading organizations to scale their go-to-market operations. Gary most recently served as Chief Operating Officer for AspenTech, where he was responsible for customer-facing operations and product leadership across the company’s portfolio of asset optimization solutions in the engineering design and manufacturing and supply chain areas. Prior to that, he held several leadership roles in various business units at OpenText and spent eight years in a senior leadership role at Computer Associates (CA). He is a graduate of Tulane University.
