Jonathan Cherins brings 25+ years of executive experience leading technology-enabled companies in a variety of sectors. Prior to joining Vector, he served as CEO of PuppySpot for three years and remains on the board of directors. Prior to PuppySpot, Cherins was a member of the leadership team at Yext (NYSE: YEXT) leading to its IPO in 2017. He also held various leadership roles at TravelClick, a Genstar company, playing a critical role in driving record growth and profitability. Earlier in his career, Cherins held a variety of leadership positions at Dun & Bradstreet and was a founding employee at Juno Online Services which went public in 1999. He has a BA from the University of Michigan, an MBA from Columbia University, and resides in New Jersey with his wife Allyson and three children.
As Chief Financial officer, Scott Patrick is responsible for leading Vector’s financial operations and strategic planning. Patrick has nearly 30 years of experience in financial services and financial technology from his previous roles as an investment banker, an equity research analyst, and a strategic communications advisor. Prior to Vector, Patrick was CFO at Dash Financial Technologies, where he served as day-to-day lead in the process which culminated in the company’s successful sale to ION Group. He also served as a Partner at Brunswick Group, specializing in M&A transactions, IPOs and investor relations matters; he was Head of Payments at Evercore Partners; and spent 12 years at Morgan Stanley. He has a BA from Williams College and resides in New Jersey with his wife and two children.
As President, Greg Sheppard leads Vector’s product and content strategy across industry verticals, go-to-market, marketing, sales development, enablement and revenue operations. Prior to his role at Vector, Greg served in leadership roles at Templafy as Chief Revenue Officer and then Chief Marketing Officer. His experience also includes 9 years at TravelClick, a leader in hospitality data and software solutions, where he held a variety of roles in marketing, sales and product management. Earlier in his career Greg held marketing and sales roles at American Express and LexisNexis. He holds a BA from the University at Albany and an MBA from New York University. He lives in New York with his wife and three children.
Sean Cunningham brings more than 20 years of experience leading both sales and service teams for global private equity-backed companies. He is a high-energy, detail-oriented leader acutely focused on driving growth within the business. Prior to joining Vector, Cunningham served as CRO at Workforce Logiq, a global provider of AI-powered workforce intelligence, technology, and services where he spent nearly 4 years building a winning sales culture. He has also held various leadership roles at Advanced Discovery, Sterling Talent Solutions, and Dun & Bradstreet. Sean holds a degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and resides just outside of Philadelphia with his wife and two children.
As Vector Solutions Chief Customer Officer (CCO), Jeff Chapman leads Vector’s customer strategy and brings over 20 years of experience in general management, customer success, and service delivery in B2B software. He brings passion and experience for enabling organic and M&A business growth through scalable and repeatable processes. Prior to Vector, Chapman was the EVP of client success and services at Virgin Pulse, a leader in employee engagement and business outcomes. He also previously served as SVP and General Manager of the Global Trading and Risk division at Enverus as well as held senior executive positions with SumTotal Systems and Lawson Software. Chapman earned his MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
As the Chief Technology Officer for Vector Solutions, Raj Sinha oversees the company’s engineering and technology operations. He brings more than 25 years of experience in building performance and scalable software products for large and midsized SAAS companies. Previously, Sinha was SVP, Engineering at Billtrust, an A/R automation suite for B2B companies. He has held other senior leadership roles in engineering and technology for Amadeus, TravelClick, and Avaya where he led teams to deliver customer-centric technology solutions and applications. Sinha has extensive experience in leading large, complex projects driving innovation and scalable product results. He lives in New Jersey with his wife and three children.
Chief Product Officer (CPO) Marc Liebman leads Vector’s product and content solutions, drawing from over 20 years of expertise in shaping business strategies, spearheading technology transformations, and orchestrating key organizational programs. Before joining Vector Solutions, Marc served as the head of the Above Property Hotel IT group at Amadeus, where he directed the product roadmap, drove continuous evolution, and fostered innovation within Amadeus’ solutions. Marc’s career includes a significant tenure in the hospitality sector, where he played a pivotal role in leading large-scale technology programs and M&A integrations. When he’s not immersed in the world of product strategy, you’ll find Marc residing in New Jersey, sharing his life with his wife and two children.
As Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for Vector, Rebecca Bursky is responsible for all people-related functions, including talent acquisition, talent management, leadership development, employee relations, compensation, and benefits. She is focused on supporting the ambitions of world-class talent and building a culture of engaged employees. She’s experienced in building strong HR teams, coaching and partnering with business leaders, as well as hiring and onboarding thousands of employees. Prior to Vector, Rebecca served as CHRO for A Place for Mom, Inc. She has also led the global HR function at TravelClick and Marketwired. Earlier in her career, Rebecca was head of HR for North America Sales at Dun & Bradstreet. Rebecca is certified as a Professional of Human Resources (PHR) by the HR Certification Institute and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from University at Albany.
As EVP Corporate Development for Vector, Mark Ambrose oversees merger and acquisition efforts. He has more than 20 years of business operations, go-to-market and strategic finance experience, including executive leadership and advisory services roles at public and private equity-backed companies. Prior to Vector, Ambrose most recently served as Chief Operating Officer at Cuebiq, a leading, privacy-centric mobility intelligence and consumer insights platform. Additional past experience includes leadership roles at Ignitionone, Neustar, and AOL. He is a graduate of the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and lives in Mclean, Virginia with his wife and two children.
Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer, Jason Brady, brings more than 25 years of experience to Vector Solutions, having served as chief legal officer, chief administrative officer, and head of multiple operating units for listed and private multi-national technology companies. Most recently, he was the Chief Administrative Officer at Solera Holdings, Inc., a global leader in data, information, and software solutions for the automotive and insurance sectors. Brady was responsible for legal, corporate development, internal audit, and facilities as well as several interim administrative and operational leadership roles. A native of Silicon Valley, he earned his B.A. from UCLA and his J.D. from Santa Clara University.
As a member of the Vector Solutions executive team, Victoria Zambito is responsible for successfully growing the highly profitable online education and performance solutions business since she joined the company in 2000. As Executive Vice President of Communications and Brand, she is focused on all internal and external communication, building awareness and understanding of company strategy, and creating an organization whose brand starts with its employees and flows outward to the marketplace. Prior to this, Zambito led the Content Development, Product Management and Marketing functions where she drove creative, agile solutions to deliver products, supported sales pipeline development, and developed brand awareness and demand generation. Before joining Vector Solutions, she worked as a television news producer for Fox-13 in Tampa, Florida.
SVP of Marketing Jebi Mathew has over 20 years of experience in go-to-market functions. Prior to Vector Solutions, Jebi worked at Amadeus Hospitality which he joined after the acquisition of TravelClick from ThomaBravo. Here Jebi was SVP of Growth and GTM, leading GTM strategy, product marketing, pricing, and solution engineering across their SaaS portfolio (6 products). Prior to Amadeus, Jebi was a management consultant at PwC, where he advised clients on sales, marketing, and M&A. Jebi received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and B.S. from the University of Florida where he was inducted into the Warrington Hall of Fame. Jebi lives in Los Angeles, California with his wife and 2 children.
SVP of Content Dave Horowitz is responsible for planning, developing and implementing the company’s content strategy. Dave has over 25 years of experience aiding established companies and startups, leading the development, launch, growth, and scaling of successful products across multiple industries. He has led product and technical teams spanning multiple industries including FinTech, Hospitality, Real Estate and B2B/B2C Marketplaces. He is an expert in identifying strategic opportunities, leading and aligning cross-functional teams in driving positive outcomes. His specialties include Product Management, Software Development, Systems Engineering and Customer Support with expertise in defining SaaS products, creating roadmaps, integrating E-commerce systems to create and execute company and product vision. Dave earned his MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.
As the Founder and Chief Strategist for Vector’s Acadis solution, Ari Vidali is responsible for developing a cohesive strategy for the company’s public safety market segment, driving change management across related sales, product and technology processes, and supporting Vector’s M&A activities in the public safety space. Vidali became part of the Vector team when Vector acquired Envisage Technologies, a software company founded by Vidali that develops training and compliance ecosystems (Acadis) for the public sector. During his 20-year career, Vidali has been instrumental in developing innovative readiness strategies for Military, Public Safety and Law Enforcement commands.
As Chief of Staff, Joey Levine is responsible for supporting the Vector CEO and Executive Team by assisting with the daily operation of the organization including working with leadership to establish, monitor, and advance priorities, providing consultation for stronger business outcomes, and guiding various strategic initiatives. He previously served as an Associate at LLR Partners where he contributed to all aspects of evaluating, structuring, and executing investment opportunities. His experience also includes a Financial Analyst role at Verizon. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Wake Forest University.
