Yes. The courses in this catalog are CAPCE accredited because Vector Solutions is organizationally accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Pre Hospital Education. This accreditation ensures your crews meet national education standards while streamlining the recertification process.
Do the courses satisfy NCCP national, local, and individual hour requirements?
Vector’s CAPCE accredited courses align with NCCP (National Council of Certifying Bodies) requirements estalished by NREMT. Most states follow NREMT’s national recertification standards. We work with individual states to deliver pre-built CE trackers for every state to map our courses to state-specific requirements to simplify recertification.
How many CE hours can EMTs and paramedics earn online?
NREMT sets the national standard CE hours required for a two-year recertification cycle across provider levels: paramedics need 60 hours, AEMTs need 50, EMTs need 40, and EMRs need 16. Each state determines The number of hours EMTs and paramedics can complete online varies by state. Each state’s authority sets its own rules for how many hours are required for recertification and how many of those hours can be completed online. Many states accept 100% of continuing education online, though some may limit the number of online courses accepted or allow the medical director to set guidelines.
