He is a veteran developer and instructor of staff development courses for teachers, and is a co-author of The Internet and ProblemBased Learning and "Pulling the Cat's Tail in Social Studies and History Classrooms" in the Handbook of Secondary Gifted Education. William holds an Ed. D. in Instructional Technology from Northern Illinois University.
