Author

John has been involved in the fire service for over 25 years and he has been involved with training and education for almost as long. He’s currently an Acting Captain with the Toronto Fire Service where he has been a firefighter since 1996. For the past 14 years, John has also been a professor in the Firefighter program at Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology in Toronto. He has a Bachelors of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph and a Bachelors of Education (Adult Education) from Brock University.
