Stephen Baker is subject matter expert in areas of facility operations, maintenance, and construction trades. He received his B.A. from Ashford University in Instructional Design. Stephen retired from U.S. Navy in 2005 and was in the career fields of new construction, maintenance operations, and repair operations. Baker joined Vector Solutions from a similar role as a Training Manager for a Global Food Manufacturing company. He has over 25 years of experience in the development of apprenticeship training programs and technical learning lessons.
