It’s important to have an understanding of the basic elements of hydronic systems so you can responsibly and confidently manage and operate buildings that use them. This course takes a close look at the basic architecture and operation of different hydronic systems, such as closed and open systems. Topics covered include system components, including expansion tanks, pressure gauges and fluid-to-fluid heat exchangers, and some of the more important elements that make up a well-designed and maintainable hydronic system.
