The way you engage with others is crucial to your success and theirs. A lot of it depends on your ability to have a positive vision for the future and the ability to communicate it clearly. This module discusses ways to inspire and motivate others as a leader, teammate, classmate or coworker. Topics include: leading by example, recognizing others’ needs, showing enthusiasm, and others.
