One of the main causes of foodborne disease is poor hand hygiene. Those working with or near food are responsible for keeping their hands clean. This microlearning course will discuss the types of contaminants you may encounter and the routes for hand contamination. We will also review the different types of hand-washing materials and discuss when to use each type.
