One of the main causes of foodborne disease is poor hand hygiene. If you work with or near food, you are responsible for keeping your hands clean. This course will discuss the types of contaminants you may encounter and the routes for hand contamination. We will also review the different types of hand-washing materials and discuss when to use each type.
