On-the-Job-Training: Implementation and Evaluation

This course is designed to familiarize participants with basic concepts associated with on-the-job (OJT) training of plant operators. After completing this course, participants should be able to identify qualities that an effective OJT instructor should have and describe considerations associated with scheduling, planning for, and conducting on-the-job training. They should also be able to describe how the participant, the instructor, and the overall OJT program can be evaluated.
