Students face many changes, challenges and stressors during their teenage years and for some, they can feel overwhelming. This module recognizes and discusses the stress and anxieties that students experience and the connect to the risk of suicidal behavior. Healthy ways to manage the challenges of life are discussed including talking openly about problems students or their friends may have, including mental health issues.
