Before we can expect students to actively help stop bullying, we need to be sure they understand exactly what it is. In this module, we discuss the prevalence of bullying; define bullying and cyberbullying for students, explain the difference between bullying and arguments; and identify those at risk for being a bully or being bullied.

He is a Co-Director in the Suicide and Violence Prevention Office at Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Poland is the former president of the National Association of School Psychologists.
