  Acadis Insights enables a real-time collection of dashboards that bring together data via the new Acadis Data Lake and leverage business analytic tools like Microsoft® Power BI® to provide agency-wide visibility into all aspects of your training and compliance operations. • Acadis EMS Compact Integration Strengthens Interstate EMS License Mobility and Compliance
  Acadis now integrates directly with the EMS Compact Database, allowing automatic sharing of certification and licensure data across 25 states and 400,000+ practitioners. The integration enables real-time license updates, including renewals, revocations, expirations, and prevents cross-border misuse by tracking current licensure status across the 25 member states. This integration with the growing national EMS license database ensures that during multi-jurisdictional emergencies, qualified personnel can be identified and deployed quickly and confidently.
  
• Acadis Training Requests Adds Operational Efficiency and Audit-Ready Documentation
  New Acadis Training Requests streamlines the training approval process across agencies to improve administrative efficiency and enhance transparency. This new feature digitizes and automates the full training request lifecycle while providing audit-ready details, including chain-of command approvals, associated training costs, and a complete timeline to know that status of every request.
  
• Acadis Auto-Assignment of IFSAC and ProBoard Certifications IDs Saves Time and Reduces Data-Entry Errors
  Acadis now automates the assignment of IFSAC and ProBoard certification numbers to eliminate manual entry errors and save administrative time.
• Acadis Policy Document Acknowledgement Simplifies Policy Management and Strengthens Legal Defensibility
  The new Acadis Policy Document Acknowledgement provides leaders with a better way to manage policies to strengthen compliance and legal defensibility with agency policies while streamlining communication across an entire team to ensure everyone is aware of the latest updates.

While the 2025 Acadis enhancements were significant improvements to integrate systems, enhance data access, and reduce time-consuming administrative burdens—the 2026 development plan for Acadis is jam packed with even more technology advancements to evolve the Acadis Readiness Suite. In 2026 customers can look forward to a full-featured Acadis Mobile app as well as integration between multiple Acadis instances which will eliminate duplicate data entry and improve interoperability between certifying authorities, academies, and local agencies.
