Iowa Fire Service Training Bureau Partners with Vector Solutions to Consolidates Four Systems into One Comprehensive Solution

Iowa Makes It 21 States Now Leveraging the Powerful Acadis Readiness Suite

TAMPA, FL, April 22, 2025 – Today, Vector Solutions, is proud to announce its partnership with the Iowa Fire Service Training Bureau (FSTB) – Division of the State Fire Marshal, joining 20 other state fire marshal and fire commission divisions that leverage Acadis to enhance first responder training and readiness.

This transition marks a significant step in streamlining the Bureau’s training and records management systems, enhancing operational efficiency for Iowa’s fire service.

Before adopting Acadis, the Bureau relied on four separate platforms to manage:

• Field training prop deployment
• Class registration and certification registration
• Instructor management
• Sharing content and curriculum with instructors
• In-person certification testing
• Invoicing, and training
• Certification and training records

This fragmented approach presented challenges, including inefficiencies in tracking, scheduling conflicts, and time and resource consuming manual processes. With the adoption of Acadis, these siloed systems will be consolidated into a single platform configured to meet their unique needs.
