A new study by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) found that nearly 1 out of every 7 employees feels unsafe at work. Last year, 18,000 people suffered non-fatal injuries on the job. And according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, 800 died as a result of workplace violence.
