Utility Company: Safety Hazard

The Situation

A utilities worker was unplugging their vehicle from its charging station when they scratched their leg on a rusty nail that was protruding from the wall.

The Solution

The worker was concerned that somebody else could be more seriously injured by the nail if it wasn't addressed, so they submitted a tip through the LiveSafe Mobile Application explaining what had happened and providing the location of the rusty nail.

The Result

Security officials were able to address the concern by removing the rusty nail, therefore preventing it from seriously injuring anybody.
