Unify Training, Performance, and Compliance to Better Manage Risk Across Departments
Thursday, June 30 at 11 a.m. PT
Cities are under constant pressure to prove compliance, manage risk, and defend against claims, yet training records are often scattered, inconsistent, or incomplete. When audits happen or incidents occur, gaps in documentation and readiness can quickly become costly.
Join our webinar on June 30 to see how you can leverage TargetSolutions to bring training, policy management, and performance tracking into one system. We’ll also share how to align training with state and federal requirements while building structured and scalable programs that support onboarding, ongoing training, and development across departments.
By shifting focus from simple compliance to real readiness, you can better prepare your team, strengthen accountability, and create defensible records that support both audits and incident response.
During this presentation, you’ll learn how to:
- Centralize training, policies, and documentation for stronger compliance and visibility
- Build and manage credentials with Vector’s online courses and custom content
- Shift from basic compliance tracking to a performance-driven training culture using scenario-based learning
- Capture live skills assessments to validate learning and improve workforce readiness
- Stay audit ready with accurate records that demonstrate skills, knowledge, and policy acknowledgment
Can’t Make It Live?
- Register anyway and we’ll send you the recording!
