Michael Fraley, BS, BA, NRP

Michael Fraley, BS, BA, NRP, is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in Emergency Medical Services (EMS). Throughout his career, he has held various roles including flight paramedic, EMS coordinator, service director, and educator.

Michael began his journey in EMS while earning his bachelor’s degree at Texas A&M University. He also holds a BA in Business Administration from Lakeland College.

Michael has a special interest in EMS quality improvement and using data and improvement science to identify achievable process changes to improve patient outcomes and make EMS care more safe for patients, providers and the public.

His commitment to continuous improvement and safety in EMS makes him a respected leader in the field.
