New Enhancements Across Frontline: Smarter Compliance, Training, and Efficiency Tools
Industry:
Solution:
Law enforcement agencies and emergency communication centers are constantly evolving. As their needs change, the technology supporting their teams needs to evolve with them. That’s why we believe the best software is shaped by the people who use it every day. The feedback we hear from our customers helps us determine where we invest and how our solutions grow.
Across Vector Solutions and Frontline, those customer conversations have led to ongoing enhancements across training, performance, conduct, field training, and quality assurance. While each update addresses a specific need, they reflect three priorities we hear consistently from agencies: compliance and audit readiness, training effectiveness and analytics, and operational efficiency and engagement.
Find out more about these enhancements below!
Pro Standards Tracker
Keeping historical records organized shouldn’t mean sifting through data one record at a time. In Pro Standards Tracker, we’ve made it easier to manage historical records and pull data when you need it most, so admins can spend less time on manual clean-up and more time on the work that matters. These two updates were built specifically around making large, recurring administrative tasks less time-consuming.

- We’ve added an employee filter to Purge/Archive to simplify archiving historical records. This new functionality allows admin to filter and then archive data by employee. You can also select multiple employees to streamline the process even further!
- Also in Pro Standards Tracker, we’ve created an Export All Data feature that generates a ZIP file of all employee roster PDFs and emails it to the user.
FTO Tracker
Field training is built on context and clear communication, and FTO Tracker has received several updates aimed at giving trainers more context during checklists and more flexibility when analyzing trainee performance over time.

- We added an optional description box to questions in checklists to provide additional contextual information to the user. It can be viewed when you click or hover over the new info icon.
- We’ve added Week and Phase filters to the Trainee Comparison report, which enables granular performance analysis at various training stages.
QA Tracker
In QA Tracker, reviewing evaluations is now more efficient, giving reviewers a faster path to the records they’re looking for.
- An Evaluation Status Filter (pending, complete, etc.) has been added to the Performance Summary Report.
Performance Tracker
Performance Tracker now offers more flexibility in how anniversary campaigns are triggered, so recognition can better reflect each employee’s actual milestones.

- A new Promotion Date field has been added to User Management which allows anniversary campaigns to be based on hire date or promotion date.
Training Tracker
Training Tracker has been updated to make documentation and audit trails clearer and more complete, cutting down on back-and-forth when supporting materials or record history are needed.

- We have added a file attachment filed next to Notes in Open Registration to allow trainees to upload supporting documents. Attachments will appear in Request Details and Approval view.
- The Audit Log has been updated with readable identifies to help users identify which training course or event was modified. The audit log details for Open Registrations have also been expanded.
The best technology evolves with the people who use it. That’s why Vector and Frontline remain committed to listening to our public safety partners, understanding the challenges they face, and turning their feedback into meaningful improvements.
