The API interfaces with existing HRIS systems to help make your workload more manageable. 

By using this feature, LMS administrators will save time with an improved process for creating new hire accounts that automatically assign their required courses. For example, if an employee is transferred from a Security Guard to a Cage Cashier, they will likely need to complete a higher level of Title 31 training. This seamless automation feature updates new and existing employees, properties, job titles, and departments without administrators ever having to click a button! The employee department and job title will be updated when the API runs, and, subsequently, the employee will automatically be assigned the higher-level course (based on Training Matrix settings).

Ultimately, LMS administrators will be saving hours with this efficient feature, no longer manually updating records. Plus, the API makes it easier to stay in Title 31 compliance by improving the accuracy and timeliness of employee enrollments.
