TAMPA, FL, July 16, 2025 – Vector Solutions is excited to announce its partnership with the New Hampshire Department of Corrections (NHDOC). NHDOC joins many other state and local law enforcement agencies from around the county using Vector’s suite of public safety operational readiness software solutions to improve first responder training and readiness. Vector Solutions is proud to help support the New Hampshire Department of Corrections’ mission to reduce recidivism by providing safe, humane supervision and evidence-based rehabilitation to enhance public safety in New Hampshire.
The New Hampshire Department of Corrections operates three adult correctional facilities, a secure psychiatric unit, three transitional housing units, a transitional work center, and 11 probation parole district offices. The agency is organized into nine divisions and employs approximately 900 staff, of whom around 400 are sworn correctional officers.
The agency is in the process of implementing TargetSolutions, Vector Evaluations+, Vector Check It, and Guardian Tracking. NHDOC will also be leveraging Vector’s catalog of law enforcement online training courses to support their training operations.
Before partnering with Vector Solutions, NHDOC utilized paper and spreadsheet-based processes to manage aspects of its operations, along with other software solutions. However, the agency wanted to reduce its reliance on outdated processes and provide its users and admins with easier-to-use software.
Now, by partnering with Vector Solutions, NHDOC will be able to enhance operational efficiency, increase standardization across all of their facilities, reduce the burden on administrators, and provide actionable insights that will enable agency leadership to make data-informed decisions that improve operations and reduce costs.
According to Fallon Reed, Director of Personnel and Information, the increased ease of use and access to data were major factors in the agency’s decision to implement Vector Solutions.
“We want to make things easier on our officers and be able to access the data we need to make informed decisions about our operations,” she said.
While the agency is still in the process of implementing Vector’s suite of software solutions, they have already received positive feedback.
“Our field training officers have found [Evaluations+] super easy to use,” Director Reed said. “Folks are excited and they’re looking forward to Vector making everyone’s lives easier.”
Vector Solutions commends the NHDOC for their endeavors to modernize and improve processes and is honored to support their efforts to provide secure, humane supervision and evidence-based rehabilitation in New Hampshire.
