Dan Hannan, CSP
Dan Hannan, a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), has over 30 years of experience in safety, health, and environmental program management. He has served as a consultant, manager, and director, driving organizational change to prioritize safety alongside productivity and quality. Dan’s expertise spans OSHA compliance, industrial hygiene, hazardous materials management, and environmental regulations. He is also a skilled trainer, developing and delivering programs like OSHA 10/30-hour courses and new-hire orientations. Starting his career with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) in 1990, Dan has worked with various industry groups and trade organizations, holding leadership roles with the AGC of Minnesota and membership in AGC of America, Minnesota Safety Council, and the Northwest Chapter of the American Society of Safety Professionals. He supports future safety professionals through a scholarship in his father’s name via the ASSP’s Northwest Chapter.
