The integration gives Vector commercial and education customers running Workday Learning a seamless, single sign-on learning experience and audit-ready completion data, removing the manual work of managing SCORM uploads.

For L&D leaders, learners now stay inside Workday from start to finish, completing Vector courses without leaving the platform or juggling a separate login. For Workday Learning administrators, the integration removes the packaging, uploading, and troubleshooting cycle that SCORM content requires, giving their team time back for higher-value work.

With the Cloud Connect for Learning integration, joint customers get:

• A seamless learner experience: Learners launch and complete Vector courses from inside Workday using single sign-on, with no separate credentials and no redirect to another window.
• Time back for L&D teams: Vector’s courses sync automatically into Workday, eliminating manual SCORM packaging, uploading, and version management.
• Audit-ready completion data: Completions post to the Workday transcript automatically, typically within about one minute, so compliance and audit reporting no longer require manual reconciliation.
• Courses that are always current: When Vector publishes an updated course, Workday reflects it automatically, so customers never assign an outdated version without knowing it.
