Webinar | Wednesday, November 11 | 2 PM ET

OSHA updated its Hazard Communication Standard in 2024, with requirements being phased in over several years. The next employer compliance deadline is November 20, 2026, when organizations may need to update workplace labels, their hazard communication program, and team member training for substances covered by the revised requirements.

This webinar will break down what has changed, what the November deadline means for employers, and where existing HazCom programs may need attention. We’ll cover workplace labels, Safety Data Sheets, team member training, and hazard communication programs so you can identify gaps and prioritize what needs to be addressed.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify key changes introduced by OSHA’s updated Hazard Communication Standard and the phased compliance deadlines.
  • Identify changes that may affect workplace labels, Safety Data Sheets, and hazard communication practices.
  • Determine where existing HazCom programs, employee training, and workplace practices may need to be reviewed or updated.
  • Prioritize next steps to prepare for the November 20 employer deadline and future phased requirements.
