Tim Ammon is the Owner of Ammon Consulting Group LLC and has been supporting transportation, facility, and fleet operations for more than 25 years. Tim has consistently focused on evaluating and identifying opportunities to improve operational performance through the adoption of processes, technologies, and personnel practices that align organizations with their mission-critical activities. He has worked extensively to assess the gap between desired and actual performance and to bridge it through a combination of operational risk and change management strategies. Tim has worked for more than 500 organizations in 3 countries.
Tim has also provided extensive professional development services in leadership and management, decision-making, organizational resilience, and detailed cost and technical analyses. Tim holds a Master of Public Administration from American University and holds certifications in School Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, and Change Management.
