Stephanie Arbaugh, CDT

Loss Control Director at Arizona School Risk Retention Trust, Inc.

Stephanie has worked for the Trust since 2015. She became a bus driver in 2005 and has been certified as a driver trainer in Washington State since 2008 and in Arizona since 2013. Before joining the Trust, she worked at a local school district as a driver trainer and as a third-party tester with the Arizona Department of Transportation. She was honored as the 2018 Transportation Professional of the Year by the Transportation Administrators of Arizona, was a recipient of the 2021 Arizona Association of School Business Officials Best Practices Award and Vendor of the Year Community Service Award, earned the North American Transportation Management Institute’s (NATMI’s) Certified Driver Trainer designation in 2019, and is on the NATMI professional designation certification committee. She holds an associate’s degree from Pierce College in Steilacoom, WA.
