What is the difference between the PAM, PDM, and PSA?
Each Premier support type covers a distinct functional role. The Premier Account Manager (PAM) is your strategic lead, handling planning, coordination, and alignment across all Premier support. The Premier Data Manager (PDM) focuses on the data layer, building reports, exports, visualizations, and integrations. The Premier System Administrator (PSA) handles day-to-day Acadis operations including system configuration, user management, and troubleshooting. They are designed to work independently or together as a coordinated team.
Can a DoD component subscribe to more than one Premier support type?
Yes. Clients can subscribe to any combination of PAM, PDM, and PSA support, and at different capacity levels for each. When combining support types, we recommend maintaining PAM coverage to ensure coordination and continuity across your Premier team.
How do subscription capacity levels work?
