AI capabilities summarize information, surface insights, and recommend actions, but every decision requires a human to review and confirm. This is a deliberate design principle, not a limitation. In high-stakes compliance, readiness, and legal environments, autonomous AI action introduces risks that Acadis is built to avoid.
Is our agency's data used to train Acadis AI models?
Never. Customer data is never used to train shared or external AI models. All data remains within your secure, authorized environment. There is no cross-agency data sharing or exposure, and Acadis uses only FedRAMP-approved models and tooling within its authorized infrastructure boundaries.
Can we control which users or roles have access to AI features?
Yes. All Acadis AI capabilities are fully opt-in and configurable at the system, role, and individual user level. Agencies can require internal training or approval before a user is granted access to AI features, consistent with the permission model already in place across the rest of the Acadis platform. AI can be enabled agency-wide, limited to specific roles, or turned off entirely.
What security and compliance standards govern Acadis AI?
Acadis AI is deployed within the platform’s FedRAMP Moderate authorized, IL4-postured infrastructure. AI development follows the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, and all AI features undergo FedRAMP review before general availability. Only FedRAMP-approved models and tooling are used. Every AI-generated output includes a full audit trail with timestamps and traceability for compliance, legal, and oversight review.
When will AI features be available in Acadis?
Foundational AI capabilities, including smart summaries and natural language data queries, are targeted for release before the end of 2026, pending FedRAMP review. These features will be available as opt-in capabilities within existing Acadis modules. Predictive readiness analytics, adaptive learning paths, and other advanced capabilities are on the roadmap for future phases. Customers will be notified in advance and can participate in early access programs.
