Vector Solutions Wins Bronze in Brandon Hall Group’s Excellence in Technology Awards

Vector Solutions has won a coveted Brandon Hall Group Bronze award for excellence in the Best Online Courses category for its Leadership and Career Readiness course. The win was announced on December 7, 2023. The winners are listed at https://excellenceawards.brandonhall.com/winners/

This recognized course consists of eleven modules that can be viewed individually or as a complete course, and introduces high school, college, and graduate students to critical skills for success in the larger world. Topics include creativity, humility, creating a vision, and empathy. Concepts are reinforced with live-action scenarios, student interviews, and animations. Vector was one of four recipients to win an award in the Best Online Courses or MOOCs solution category.

The 2023 Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Awards™ are given for work in Learning and Development, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Sales Enablement, Future of Work, and Education Technology. Entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts, and executives based upon these criteria: fit the need, program design, functionality, innovation, and overall measurable benefits.
