Our Employee Resource Groups represent the diverse communities within our organization and offer opportunities to build awareness, belonging and inclusion. Our ERGs sponsor events and education sessions throughout the year that are attended by over 50% of our workforce.
We believe in providing an environment of openness, equity, and inclusivity. We provide training on diversity awareness as well as anti-harassment training with all employees at all levels.
