What Kinds of Insights Will I Receive from the Development Tracker’s Reporting?
Vector PD Tracking provides a set of reports that enable the user to make data-driven decisions and monitor progress and compliance in professional development. From teacher to evaluator to district office staff, reports and dashboards are customized to meet your individual needs. You can view, print, and export reports to meet your needs. Several key reports and insights include:
- Activity by user: A detailed list of all professional development activities for a user including the name of the program, date of the event, and credits awarded
- License progress by user: Gives a breakdown of users’ progress toward their license completion
- Enrollments Summary: Summary of users enrolled per day, for pending and approved professional development events. The event will generate the Date of the Event, Pending Enrollments, Approved Enrollment, Total Enrolled, Total Individual Events, Total Public Events, Total Restricted Events, and Total Events.
- PD Feedback: Some districts will want to collect feedback through feedback forms after a PD event. Professional development administrators can view feedback at a glance with charts and answers to questions or download feedback reports for more detailed analysis.
How Does Vector’s Professional Development Tracking Software for Teachers Help Ensure Alignment With Licensing Requirements?
License Tracking is an optional feature that the district’s Vector PD Tracking System Administrator can freely enable in the professional development tracking software.
