Presenters will share the research and development of a diagnostic tool addressing six core areas for institutions to use in assessing sexual and gender- based violence prevention and response functional areas. Presenters will focus on the development of new research-based staffing ratios that respond to institutional characteristics, such as size, student and staff demographics, and previous prevalence data. Presenters will deliver a case study from the University of California System highlighting key results and lessons learned.
