Foxwoods Resort Casino is doubling down on their mission of building a culture of compliance. To that end, they implemented online training with Vector (formerly CELEXA, a Casino Essentials brand) Learning Management System (LMS), in 2020. They are using the Title 31 courses—unique to Casino Essentials—for ongoing training for all departments, including executives. The Compliance Team uses the user-friendly Vector LMS features—the training matrix and reporting analytics—to help ensure Foxwoods Resort Casino employees are completing their respective training to maintain compliance.
