Overview

Learn about human performance improvement, or HPI, in this webinar. Human performance improvement is a method dedicated to correctly identifying workplace performance problems or opportunities for improvement; identifying the cause of those problems; and selecting, implementing, and evaluating interventions designed to "fix" those problems (or take advantage of those opportunities. This webinar will present a beginner’s-level introduction to HPI. Note that while HPI is sometimes discussed and used for performance improvement within an occupational safety and health context, this webinar will not be specific to safety and health.
