Dr. Reesha M. Adamson

Department of Counseling, Leadership and Special Education

Dr. Reesha Adamson is a professor and Associate Dean for the College of Education at Missouri State University. Her research focuses on behavioral interventions and special education.

She has worked for public schools, administration and within juvenile justice settings. She was one of the lead developers of the Center for Adolescent Research in Schools Classroom-Based Interventions Manual. She has worked within the field for almost 20 years and has made a considerable impact in the teacher recruitment and retention community becoming a leader in the development of teacher apprentices including the founder of the largest teacher aid apprenticeship in the nation.
