Vector Accelerate

All new team members participate in our employee readiness program. This two-part program is designed to connect associates with our products, people, and mission. Part one is an onsite experience at our Tampa headquarters. Part two takes place virtually, a month later, and provides opportunities to build on topics covered in week one, after they have spent some time in their respective roles.

Development Growth

We provide employees of all levels and experience with opportunities to learn and develop their skills through on-the-job training, Vector University courses, Learning Live sessions, mentoring, and reimbursement of college courses and professional certifications.

Career Growth

Career Growth

Through our Growth Pathways Program employees are provided opportunities for learning new skills to make them stronger in their current role and prepare for future opportunities. We encourage regular career development planning and discussions to review progress. Our purpose is simple – give employees the tools needed to own their career and give both managers and employees the needed resources to have effective career development conversations.

Feedback Matters

Through one on ones, mid year check-ins and annual reviews we strive to provide our employees feedback on their performance, development and career goals.

We believe everyone’s voice matters and conduct regular employee engagement surveys to understand our strengths and areas for improvement. We take this feedback seriously and have made many improvements as a result of associate input!
