Integrated Pest Management

Integrated pest management (IPM) isn’t just pest control, but a way to think and react to everyday actions that can either invite or discourage pests from entering your building. Among its many benefits, IPM can help reduce pesticide use, and establish a healthier learning environment for children. This course provides school faculty and staff members with the principles of an effective IPM program and the steps needed for proper implementation. Topics include: IPM basics, treatments and tenets, and roles and requirements.
