Mental Well-Being for Student Organizations

College can be a major life change – a change that significantly impacts mental well-being. College students have to take ownership over things like staying physically well, developing meaningful relationships, and living or working in an environment that they enjoy. Academics, clubs, student organizations, and other activities provide important opportunities to grow and change, but they come with unique challenges as well. This course will define mental well-being, examine the unique challenges that clubs and organizations can create in college life, and provide strategies for maintaining mental well-being and seeking help if and when necessary.
